DMCA Policy

Psg Match Stats ("we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at http://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond promptly to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Psg Match Stats service that are reported to our designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This policy describes the information that should be present in a DMCA Notice and Counter-Notice. It is designed to make submitting claims as straightforward as possible while reducing the number of notices that we receive that are fraudulent or difficult to understand.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, please submit a notice containing the following information to our Copyright Agent:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed: This must be a sufficiently detailed description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, you may provide a representative list of such works.
  2. Identification of the material claimed to be infringing and its location: You must provide information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material. This will typically be a URL (web address) to the specific content on Psg Match Stats that you claim is infringing.
  3. Contact Information of the Complaining Party: Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
  6. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.

Once a complete and valid DMCA notice is received, we will remove or disable access to the infringing material and make a good-faith attempt to contact the user who posted the material so that they may make a counter-notification.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must include the following:

  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled: You must provide the URL(s) or other specific identification of the material before it was removed or disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your full legal name, mailing address, and telephone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or if you are outside the U.S., for any judicial district in which Psg Match Stats may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will promptly forward a copy to the complaining party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the complaining party does not file an action seeking a court order against the content provider within 10-14 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we may, at our discretion, restore the removed material.
